Integration of voice management system

Part of our applications and tools operate do not require an interface with the switch environment, others do. In general the reporting functionalities require a CDR feed or Operational Measurements feed from the switch environment. Provisioning application for uploading LCR tables and or Numberplans also require an interface to the switch environment.

All other applications and tools, such as importing rates sheet, creating LCR tables, creating numberplan and sales price sheets work independent from the switch environment.

Supported switch vendors

The Tribess TRS system needs to communicate with the switch environment for some functionalities. This communication / interface can be switch or vendor specific. 

This integration is based on a ASCII and or AMA based CDR file and or a direct provisioning interface. Tribess is able to interface with any switch environment, whether traditional or IP based switches. Besides various IP platforms we  support today the following switches/vendors:

The TRS systems offers flexible interfacing including customer tailored for several applications including rated CDR, report files delivery to customer systems including billing systems.
